Breakfast with Agoutis
2 Feb 2021 by Amby
My favorite place for breakfast in Manuel Antonio was easily The Falls, which was right next door to the Selina hostel I was staying at for two months.
A lot of restaurants in Manuel Antonio capitalize on ocean views to attract customers. The Falls does not have such a view, which is why it took me a few weeks to discover this gem.

The key an affordable ($10) and highly satisfying breakfast at The Falls is to bring a friend, one of you orders a normal entree and the other orders the enhanced breakfast, which comes with an entree, fruit, yogurt, granola, and toast. It's seriously a lot of food which will keep both of you full for most of the day.

Another great thing about The Falls is the animals that show up! There are a lot of trees and plants by the restaurant and every time I went I saw agoutis, butterflies, and iguanas. It was awesome.

The Falls is also a hotel and has a nice pool. At the time I was there in February 2021 there were hardly any tourists, and the waiter said we could use the pool and hang out if we wanted to even without having a room, which was really nice!
I definitely give this place five snacks and would recommend to our readers for a casual, fun, and inexpensive breakfast option.
