I was not feeling well the morning we left Mexico City for our flight to Guadalajara, so I did not eat anything. When we finally arrived at our Airbnb in Guadalajara I was super hungry. I decided that I needed a burger with strength, so I went to Cuarto de Kilo, a fast food restaurant known for their big burgers.

At this point I have to elaborate on the burger with strength a bit more. This became part of Amby's and my vocabulary after we rewatched some of the popular YouTube videos from 2011/2012 that were remixed into catchy songs. Some of the famous ones were OH MY DAYUM (source of burger with strength), CAN'T HUG EVERY CAT or Reality Hits You Hard Bro. The definition of a burger with strength according to Daym Drops is the following:

“A weak burger, you can chew and still talk. A burger with strength, you chew- the meat just absorbs all the space, and all the air possible; all of your throat. To the point that if you want to start talking, nothing but ‘mmm-mmmm-mmm-mm’ is coming out.”

I’m not a fan of talking while eating anyway so this is not really a problem for me, but I can enjoy all the benefits of a burger with strength. Cuarto de Kilo provided exactly what I wanted. I got a big, tasty burger, 2 Cokes and 2 bags of fries for Amby and me for a total of $10. I ate the whole burger in about 3 minutes without touching the fries or the Coke. It was really good and I was super happy. The service works with these remote blinking vibrating alarm things that tell you when your order is ready. They gave us one of these devices after ordering but they served the meal to us without using it anyways because we were some of the few people there. The service was fast and the restaurant was clean. I would give this place five snacks.
