Fantastic Dinner at Humboldt

We made a new friend, May, at the Salzburg cooking class who went to Humboldt three times while she was in town because she liked it so much.
Since it was our last day we wanted to check it out. We were definitely not disappointed—this place was great.
The waitress recommended the sautéed spring vegetables on mashed carrots (12.80 EUR) as her favorite dish. This is not something I would ordinarily get, but May really liked it too on her previous visits, so I went for it.
May also got the Herb Mousse for us to share (12.80 EUR). Both of these dishes were very good, and the price was very reasonable for what we’d been experiencing in Salzburg and Munich on the trip so far.
Sev got the meatballs (14.90 EUR) and asparagus soup (6.50 EUR). He was a big fan.
The ambiance was nice too, with this interesting center piece in the room that looked like fire but was actually water mist.
Great location, great service, and great food makes Humboldt a five-snack experience!
