Garden-Variety Cocktails

Mint Garden Cafe was really close to our airbnb and looked so cool, bursting with plants on the outside and the inside.
Plus, they had a resident dog, which to us is always a good sign. It was late so we thought we’d try it out for dessert and cocktails.
I got the creme brûlée (8EUR) and an amaretto sour (13EUR)—one of my favorite cocktails. Sev got ice cream and a Moscow mule for around the same prices.
Honestly reality did not match expectations. The wait staff wasn’t very friendly and the cocktails were watered down and just not very tasty for the price.
The creme brûlée was pretty good though at least but everything just felt way too expensive for what we were getting. It’s too bad because it really is very cute inside and out.
Overall I think this one’s a miss until the menu improves in either price or quality.
