Local Restaurant with Amazing Buttered Noodles

It’s about an hour and a half train ride from Zurich to Stein am Rhein and Bry and I were super hungry when we made it to the old town. There are a lot of restaurant options but we went with Restaurant Gutenberg, which had both the best salad dressing and the best buttered noodles I’ve had, maybe ever.
The restaurant has a small dining room and there was only one other party eating when we arrived. Bry and I both got the park schnitzel with buttered noodles and salad (20.50CHF).
I don’t know if I was just extremely hungry or what but I loved everything, especially the salad and noodles. Bry was less interested in the salad and I ate his as well.
I thought the schnitzel was pretty good too but Bry wasn’t a fan and gave it just two snacks. I thought it was at least a 4.5, so we’re splitting the difference here.
Maybe our readers will feel more like me, maybe more like Bry. Will you roll the dice on the buttered noodles?
