I was a fan of Rafaeles Las Terrazas, which featured two Manuel Antonio specialties: amazing sunsets and a lot of monkeys. I went here twice while I was staying in MA, once with Sev and another friend. I found the food to be fine for MA, and there were multiple obese dogs walking around hoovering up tid bits dropped by diners.

The first time I went was with friends at night, so we missed the sunset but got a big table. There was a lot of drinking involved and I don't exactly remember everything at this point but I can say it was really fun. I did get a fish in some kind of berry sauce and really, really liked it. It was somewhat expensive though and cost me about $40 for my two pina coladas and the fish.

When I went with Sev, I got the sushi and it was okay. The rice wasn't quite right but I ate it and it wasn't a problem. Plus the monkeys and iguanas on the roof were too cute to bother that much with the taste of the food. It's just so amazing seeing these animals show up—we saw three different monkey species. And the view is, of course, amazing. Not every ocean-side restaurant in MA has a great sunset view, but this one definitely does. Overall, 4.5 snacks.
