Post-Museum Snacks

Kornsilo is a cafe located right next to the Muehlerama museum and down the road from the North American Native Museum (NONAM).
It’s located in a former grain mill so the interior and surrounding buildings have a fun post-industrial vibe that looks really nice.
There is a lot of space for chilling, drinking coffee, and doing some laptop work, with big bright windows.
I went over for a snack after my recent visit to NONAM and got the butter pudding bread (5 CHF) and a coffee (5 CHF).
I never heard of butter pudding bread before but I love butter so I thought this was a good bet. I was right! The snack was perfectly baked and very tasty, with little dried cranberry pieces.
The coffee was also nice and came with a piece of brownie.
Kornsilo also offers more substantial lunch options, and I think this could be a good spot for those near the lake for the afternoon.
