Soup and Meatloaf are for Horses

Sev and I were hungry after going to the Lindt Museum and thought we’d go somewhere to eat in more central Zurich. Riithalle is located in a converted stables, looked super cute, and was about a 6 minute walk from the Zurich HB station.
I got the pumpkin creme soup for about $14 and it was a m a z i n g. It was on the appetizer list but it was more than enough food for me for lunch, especially since it came with a bag of bread. This was the perfect fall soup.
Sev got the meatloaf for about $34. It looked really good but apparently he didn’t really like how the meat loaf tasted. He gave top marks to the mashed potatoes, gravy, and celeriac though.
I was into the stables vibe and thought the restaurant looked really nice. They apparently have live music on Saturdays which probably would be really fun. The bathrooms are pretty drafty though.
I would’ve given it 5 snacks for the soup and vibe but Sev would give his food a 3.5, which is really too bad given the price. So we’ll stick with 3.5.
