Summer Time Snacks on the Lake

Winter seemed extra long in Zurich so it’s delightful to have nice weather again now that it’s May.
I was walking around with a friend and noticed a sunny outdoor restaurant right on the lake that seemed like the perfect lunch destination: Fischerstube Zurihorn.
A sign at the entrance advertised fish burgers for 15.50CHF—a pretty good deal for this area. I added a beer for 5.50CHF.
We sat down around 11:30 and had our choice of tables before it started getting really busy at noon. The “burger” consisted of a few pieces of fried fish, pickles, lettuce, and tartar sauce.
I thought it was a little heavy on the tartar sauce but otherwise it tasted great and it felt really nice and relaxing to eat right next to the lake.
The prices were pretty good and the ambiance is hard to beat. Definitely a great option if you're in the area on a nice day. Five snacks!
